Keyword Research and Reporting

Review of industry related keywords based on the client questionnaire and develop a list of proposed keywords for company approval.

Competitor Analysis

Audit’s of up to three (3) competitor websites. Websites may be identified by the company or through keyword research by the consultant.

2 - 6-Month Strategy Development

Two 6-month strategies will be developed and documented for company’s reference. Consultant will utilize this strategy to implement SEO tactics throughout company’s website.

Title and Meta Creation

Creation of title and meta tags will happen once keyword list approval is received. This is to be approved by company before implemented

Citation Building

Consultant will submit company’s listing information to the main citation aggregators. This will include sites such as Google My Business, Yelp, Bing, etc…

On-Page Content Consulting

An audit and review of the existing website content will be executed and consultation on improvements will be provided based on the approved keyword list and strategy.

Technical On-Page Optimization

Repair of errors and warnings on company’s website that are on the code and technology level. This may include CSS condensing, schema mark-up, canonicalization, etc…

Internal Linking

Content within the website will be linked to other relevant content within the site. This allows Google to better crawl the website and allows for visitors to navigate easily through various relevant content pages.

Monthly Reporting

Monthly reports on analytics and trends will be generated and delivered to company. This report is to be reviewed in monthly and quarterly calls.

30-Minute Monthly Call

It is expected that company will give consultant 30 minutes per month to review reports and discuss the strategy.

Review Management

Consultant will request up to 30 reviews per quarter and will monitor for positive and negative reviews periodically each month.

Google Tool Set-up/
Configuration

Consultant will ensure company has all necessary Google tools set-up. Company must provide access to Google Analytics and Google Webmaster tools to Consultant in conjunction with full website access.

Call Tracking

Consultant will track calls utilizing CallRail, a leading call tracking and management company, to offer better insights and analytics on phone calls received.

Call Recording

The option of recording inbound calls through CallRail will be available to company for quality assurance purposes

Consultant Generated Content Posting on Social Media

Consultant will post content generated by consultant to various social platforms to add to the overall off-page optimization strategy. Consultant will NOT manage social media for company on-going.

Link Prospecting

Consultant will identify opportunities for guest blogging and back links on various off-site locations.

Call-To-Action Development

A review of homepage call-to-action’s will be reviewed and/or created for optimization. This will help to improve traffic conversion on-site.

18

Lead Capture Form Creation

Consultant will create up-to two (2) contact and lead capture forms to be used to better capture conversion data.
